Delete Your mitabl Account

mitabl users can request deletion of their account and associated data from the app or by contacting support.

Request deletion in the app

  1. Open the mitabl app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to your profile or account settings.
  3. Select the delete account option and follow the prompts.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@mitabl.com from the email address linked to your mitabl account and ask us to delete your account.

What is deleted

We delete or de-identify account profile information and app data associated with your account, including notification tokens stored for your account.

What may be retained

Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, payment, security, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention purposes. Retained information is kept only for as long as required for those purposes.
